  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking date will be eligible for a refund, subject to a deduction of administrative fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 1 business days.

  • Guests are responsible for their conduct and must respect the property, other guests, and staff.

  • Any damage caused to the property will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

Skyline Resorts Skardu will not be held responsible for:

  • Personal injuries, loss, theft, or damage to property during your stay.

  • Delays, interruptions, or failures in services beyond our reasonable control .
